<P class=contentfont align=center><FONT color=#4455a6 size=4>調味料:黑胡椒粉---適量&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 鹽---適量</FONT></P>

<P class=contentfont align=center><FONT color=#4455a6 size=4>作法步驟:</FONT></P>
<P class=contentfont align=center><FONT color=#4455a6 size=4>1、馬鈴薯去皮切絲。(馬鈴薯不可泡水,否則會失去粘性)</FONT></P>
<P class=contentfont align=center><FONT color=#4455a6 size=4>2、用平底鍋,加入適量的奶油,再將馬鈴薯絲放入,煎成兩面金黃色,即可起鍋,淋上黑胡椒粉與鹽,也可配上番茄醬,即可食用。</FONT></P>
